In order for you or your loved one to be considered for admission to our community, direct contact via a referral or phone call must be made with Admissions by calling 402-444-6064. Once initial contact has been made and all needed referral documentation has been received, the admission team will evaluate the referral information to ensure that our community can meet you or your loved one’s medical, and social needs to ensure a successful stay.
